RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What if I changed my mind? Can I return it?
We will gladly accept your unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise return, preferably within 45 days of purchase so it can still have a chance at a happy forever home. 

No reason required for returns. We would really appreciate you sharing your reasons with us because we always want to be improving - but you don't have to. 

Please note that we cannot accept worn, laundered or damaged goods (looking at you lipstick and makeup stains) for a refund or exchange.  (We will donate these gently used items to charities helping women get into the workplace with access to professional clothing, along with career services and resources.  Our first charity partner is Making Changes in Calgary.)

Returns will have a credit applied via the original method of payment.  

If an order qualified for free shipping because of a dollar value purchased (e.g. $250 or more) and items are returned, the refund amount may be adjusted to reflect the cost of shipping.

What if I bought the wrong size? Can I exchange it?

As long as we still have the new size in stock, we will gladly exchange your unworn, unwashed purchase. Please contact us at helpme@morefrontroom.com to place a hold on the size you'd like to give a forever home to.

Please send us the unworn, unwashed item. We'll ship your new item out for free.

Shipping rates

Orders over $250 ship for free by standard post.

For all smaller order, the actual Canada Post or expedited courier rates will be charged.  Shipping estimates below are provided below for reference only - the actual cost may be more or less based on the weight of your items at checkout. 

Shipping cost - we don't add surcharges.

ORDERING

All orders will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD$).

Credit Card Orders
When selecting payment by credit card please make sure the billing address is correct. We want your order on its way to you pronto! (Address mismatches can cause processing delays, if they sneak through the processing system in the first place.)

Changes to your order
We process orders at the end of each business day. Changes can be made up to 5pm EST.

Taxes
Canadian orders will be subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST). Provincial sales taxes may also apply.

US orders don't pay Canadian sales tax or duties under the current NAFTA agreement (subject to change).  Local sales taxes may apply.

International destinations may have to pay duties and taxes to import our Canadian-made goods.  

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been shipped, we e-mail you with tracking information from Canada Post or an expedited courier and a link to access the delivery progress of your order. Kind of like the NORAD Santa Tracker.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

How can I buy a gift certificate?
Click on the present icon on our Products page here, and select the dollar amount you'd like the lucky recipient to have.  Your emailed receipt will have a unique redemption code for them to use.

How can I redeem a gift certificate?
A unique redemption code was sent by email to the wonderful person who bought you the gift certificate.  Enter this code at checkout.

Will my gift card expire?
No ma'am.  Our gift cards will be ready with the full value (no hidden "service fees") when you've found something you looove.
